One owner; This pretty decoration adored a package that I got from “Santa” in the 1950s when I was a child; I wore it on my wool coat [the coat is not included or offered for sale] during the Christmas Season; it was carefully stored and recently recovered from my parental home. The construction and use of materials for this item is very typical of the types of Christmas ornaments, pins, tags and decorations that were made and sold during the 1950s era; utilizing chenille, pipe cleaners, bottle brush materials and plastics. The “Santa Claus” decoration has a metal style clip on the back. The face of this Santa Claus decoration appears to be made of plastic; he a has pipe cleaner / bottle brush style body, arms, legs, beard and Christmas tree; he has a metal type clip on the rear/backside that is similar in shape to a thick paper clip.
