Bicep - Take measurement around the widest part of your arm. Arm can be bent or straight. Chest - While standing, measure the circumference of your chest just above the nipple area. Make sure you have exhaled prior to taking measurement. Waist - While standing, measure at the midway point between the top of your hip and the bottom of your rib cage. Hips - While standing, measure at the largest girth around your hips and buttocks. Thigh - While standing, measure the widest girth below the buttocks. Calf - While seated, measure at its widest girth.
